For the past one week, Kim has been sharing naked photos of herself, including one of her spread out completely naked on a gurney (read here).
There's also another of her covered in silicone mold which she said was to get the mold of her body so her perfume bottle can be made in her shape (read here). There are many other naked photos of the reality star shared this past week to promote her fragrance.
